I am no expert in making home-made pizza, and neither do I read cooking books. It is trial and error, and I'll continue to improve from then. Here's a few simple steps to make a good pizza.

Ummm, for dough you can buy it from supermarkets or make your own. Surprisingly, it's rather easy to make your base. If you do use your own base, sprinkle some flour on the pan to prevent the base from getting stuck to it.

Then spread either spaghetti sauce or tomato puree over the base.

Suggested ingredients: diced capisicum, chopped sausage, sliced ham, canned pineapples.

That is, if you're making 3 pizza or more. If not, sliced ham is more than enough.

As for cheese, use a mix of cheddar cheese and morazella cheese. Ratio 1 : 2

Cheddar cheese is rather salty, so you don't want too much of it. It's to give pizza the crisp golden brown cheese aesthetics. And it's best for cheddar to be grated finely.

Morazella cheese, as you know, is the the distinctively stretchy cheese that give pizza its 'kick'. It has a light delightful flavour, so more of it is fine.

Next, bake for uhh... twenty five minutes. Unlike Moses who would bake the base for 15 minutes, followed by the cheese for a measly five-ten minutes. I prefer to bake the pizza as a whole and longer. So that the cheddar is in all its crisp, golden brown goodness and the morazella spread out and melted like say... pimple pus?

Alright, Ja!
