5) Just ignore them. Simple as that. Don't acknowledge their presence by screaming or speaking to them. Look as if nothing happened.
6) Usually, a ghost's facial features is either blurred, or distorted, or even faceless. Anyone can explain why? Then again, it's possible to see things with only white legs and no upper body. Omoshirou.
