I've been quite busy rushing projects/doing surveys recently. And even if I am not, I'll still be too lazy to exercise.
Yes, my Napfa is this week, wednesday.
And I am totally unprepared for it.
Pull-up = 5
Sit up = 5 (plan to cheat)
2.4km = probably 3
Sit and reach = horrible
Shuttle run = Should be horrible too
Standing broad jump = GG
If only I could get a mere two for standing broad jump. Please pray for me. I don't want to go NS early.
