Apparently, I seemed to be the only one that remembered that today's my baptism birthday. Strange how we celebrate the day we are borned to die, and forget the day we are accepted into God's kingdom.

I met up with Xin Kai today to discuss/brainstorm about my world creation. If you didn't know, Clement is working on his very own science fantasy world (at a very very very slow pace, mind you). It takes truckload of effort, time, and research create one for scratch. A professional one, that is.

And Xin kai's good candidate to help me out because he's...

1) An avid reader
2) Philosophy freak
3) Good artist
4) Can draw maps, geography is better than mine

So I left him to draw the map (and some of the characters) after I gave some random suggestions on the continent.

Fleshing out the characters is relatively easy, but drafting out the plot will drive me mad - as I continue to break many common stereotypes and do plot twist. Example: The messiah of the material realm is a girl, blurring the lines between the protagonist and antagonist, etc.

Xin kai commented that readers might think that author is female due to the tendencies to create powerful girl characters and bishonens. LOL, I can't help it, I like kick-ass female characters ... and pretty boys.

So the genre will be... philosophical science fantasy romance. Probably will span a trilogy which I'll take 6 years to write.

I need to know more fans of the genre to contribute.
