Dear annoyed,
Most guys are quite dumb and egoistic - with the exception of Doctor Clement, of course. Usually they don't get the point. You can't be saying, "Sorry, I am too young for a relationship." or "I want to work hard on my studies."
Be adamant. Say NO vehemently, spit it out of your lips as if it is potent poison. A good phrase to add in would be, "You're annoying."
If you don't want to hurt his feelings, tell him your heart is stolen by another guy. Show a picture of Clement and he'll guarantee give up. 100% chop.

Girl A likes me. I like Girl B. Girl B seems to show interest in me too. Girl A and B are friends. What should I do? I don't want to hurt both of them =(

You're one lucky bastard. Have you heard of the concept, sister wives? No, you say? Maybe I should use a more modern context. THREESOME! Go do a threesome. Both the girls can remain good friends, and you can have both girls!
Maybe for some strange reason, you only want to be with one girl. *coughweirdocough* Here's what you do, show her my picture. And she'll lose interest in you.

Dear Ah boy,
Now, that's quite a common situation. There will always be attraction towards best guy/girl friend relationships. After all, both of you are opposite sex. Clement-sama has experieced it before years ago. Small hints are fine. If you're serious person, I don't recommend you to follow me and say, "Best friends make the best marriages." *wink wink* You'll scare the living hell out of her.
Listen to your heart, wait for a good opportunity. I have several plots in mind, but they are quite horrible and mean. Here's the last advice I can give.
Good strategists make use of opportunities. Great strategists make their own.
