This is one of my favourite hymns; not table of plenty. I fell in love with it long time ago when the choir sung it in St Francis. And it was until recently, that a friend of mine send it to me.
I nearly wept when I heard this beautiful song again. Guys who cry are real men ok! Jesus cried when he was sad. If He's not a real man, then who is?
Anyway, I send this song to Elaine in the morning -since she was looking for more christian music-. Little did I knew she was reading Psalm 91 that day, and something bad happened that day. So, Kenji comforted her with a phrase that came from Psalm 91.
And I was like "...... Hold on a second, isn't that from the lyrics of Eagles' wings?" For your information, most of the christian songs was inspired by Psalm. This is one book of the bible that depicts on how much God truly loves and cares for us. King David wrote a big portion of it.
MERCIFUL GUAN YIN! I am sure that this was not a coincidence. It was God's way of knocking this chapter into Elaine's head/heart -by reaffirming it a few times-.
