Mother should go overseas more often. Without her incessant nagging, silence reigns supreme. It's amazing how my mother could make the biggest fuss out of the small things. Like what my Dad quote, 'Daily menopause'. And my mum hates that term...a lot. I do not believe in marrying the greatest wife in the world, because my father already did.
Since my parents were out last night, I decide to do something I never did before in my life.
SLEEP ALONE ON MY PARENT'S BED FOR ONE NIGHT!
There is a difference between sleeping on a 500 dollars queen-sized mattress and sleeping on a 1000 dollars king-sized mattress; not to mention, the air is cleaner in the master bedroom. It was a good night of rest and I decided to tell it to my dad the next day.
Me: Hey, I slept on your bed last night.
Dad: Yeah, so?
Me: It's like feeling rebellious, you know. Almost like bringing my girlfriend home and having wild sex on your bed. Some teens does this to 'take revenge', when their parent disapprove of their relationship.
Dad: Hahahaha. I think you're nuts.

Dinner was really wonderful today. I had 2 bowls of white rice, fishead curry, braised duck and pork ribs. It's been months since we(Dad,sis,me) ate together at the coffeeshop.
Perhaps, I shall cut my hair tomorrow.
